KimDog Studios operates a mod store, a game telemetry dashboard, and a Discord bot (the "KimDog Logistics" bot). This policy covers all of these services. Our website is accessible at http://kimdog-logistics.com.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate our services.

• Website accounts: Email address, username, and hashed password provided during registration.
• Purchase records: Order history and product licence keys, processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Discord bot: Discord user ID, username, and server (guild) ID when you interact with the bot. No message content outside of direct bot commands is read or stored.
• Game telemetry: If you connect the KimDog Logistics Telemetry client, we receive and store gameplay data you choose to share — including truck speed, position, cargo, fuel level, and driving events. This data is linked to your account.
• Usage data: Standard server logs including IP address, browser user-agent, and pages visited. These are used for security monitoring and are not sold or shared.

Information collected is used solely to provide and improve our services:

• To authenticate your account and manage your purchases and downloads.
• To display your game telemetry on your personal dashboard.
• To send Discord notifications for in-game events (job started, job delivered, etc.) via the bot.
• To calculate your driver score and session statistics.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, email verification). We do not send unsolicited marketing unless you have explicitly opted in to our newsletter.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The KimDog Logistics Discord bot operates within Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy in addition to this policy.

• The bot reads your Discord user ID and username only when you issue a command or when a game event triggers a notification to a configured channel.
• The bot does not log general message content, read DMs, or monitor channels it has not been explicitly configured for.
• Notification webhooks are scoped to a specific channel chosen by the server administrator.
• No data collected by the bot is shared with any third party outside of Discord's own infrastructure.
• To remove the bot from your server, kick it via Discord's Server Settings. This stops all data collection for that server.

Telemetry data is collected only when you have the KimDog Logistics Telemetry client running and authenticated with your account. You can stop collection at any time by closing the client or logging out within the client application.

• Telemetry data is stored on our servers and is accessible only to you via your personal dashboard.
• Driver score, presence, and event history are derived from this data and stored per account.
• We do not share individual telemetry data with other users or third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services:

• Account data and purchase history are retained for the lifetime of your account.
• Telemetry data is retained and updated with each session. You may request deletion at any time.
• Server logs are automatically purged after 30 days.
• Discord interaction logs (user ID, command, timestamp) are retained for a maximum of 90 days.

Our website uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded.

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Discord — bot platform and webhook delivery.
• Cloudflare — network proxying, DDoS protection, and CDN. Cloudflare may process request metadata in accordance with their policy.
• Google Fonts — font delivery. Google may log font requests per their privacy policy.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Withdraw consent for telemetry collection at any time by stopping the telemetry client.
• Opt out of newsletter emails via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via our Support page or our Discord server. We will respond within 30 days.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls on stored data. No system is completely secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes we will post a notice in our Discord server. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
