By creating an account, making a purchase, or downloading any content from KimDog Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

All mods, assets, and digital products sold or distributed on KimDog Studios are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase or free download, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or re-upload any product without explicit written permission.
• You may not claim any KimDog Studios product as your own work.
• Mods are provided for use in compatible games (ATS, ETS2) only.
• Free products are provided under the same licence terms as paid products.

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your payment method.

• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once a download token has been generated.
• If a product is significantly not as described, contact support within 7 days for review.
• Free products require no payment and are not subject to refund policy.

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Discount codes may be provided by KimDog Studios or official partners. These codes:

• Are single-use per order unless stated otherwise.
• Cannot be combined with other discount codes.
• May be revoked or modified at any time by KimDog Studios.

All content on KimDog Studios — including but not limited to mod files, images, descriptions, branding, and website code — is the intellectual property of KimDog Studios or its respective creators. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. KimDog Studios does not warrant that mods will be compatible with all game versions, third-party mods, or updates. Compatibility is tested at time of release but cannot be guaranteed following game patches.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KimDog Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to game crashes, save file corruption, or hardware issues.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
