Refund Policy

KimDog Modding sells downloadable digital content, including game modifications and related digital products.

Because these products cannot be physically returned once supplied, purchases are generally non-refundable once the customer has received access to the digital content, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds will not normally be provided because you changed your mind, decided you no longer want the product, purchased the wrong product, or no longer intend to use it.

Please review the product description, requirements and compatibility information carefully before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for checking the stated game version, required DLC, dependencies, supported vehicles or other compatibility requirements before purchasing.

A refund will not normally be issued where the product works as described but is incompatible because the customer does not meet clearly stated requirements.

If you experience a technical issue with a purchased product, please contact KimDog Modding support before requesting a refund.

Where appropriate, we will attempt to identify the problem and provide reasonable assistance in getting the product working as intended.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any statutory rights that apply to you.

If digital content is faulty, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements, you may have remedies available under consumer law.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying content or grant permission to redistribute, re-upload, resell or share the product with other people.

Access may be restricted where a product is distributed or used in violation of the applicable licence or terms of service.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the product information and understand that you are purchasing digital content.

Where required by applicable law, the checkout process may also ask you to expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge the effect this has on any cancellation rights.

If you believe there is a genuine problem with your purchase, contact us with your order information and a description of the issue.

We will review the circumstances and provide support or any remedy required under applicable law.
